This Free Introduction is the orientation for our MBSR 8-Week Course. 

  • Gain a first-hand experience of the benefits of the course and what to expect. ​
  • Take the first step to understand the basic principles of applying mindfulness in your day-to-day life and developing a meditation practice. 
  • Speak with Marnee privately about any questions or concerns.
